The SMUSD Technology Advisory Committee (TAC) conducts two general meetings each year to update the progress of the SMUSD Technology Plan.

The 10/24/07 meeting is a two-session event. The event will start with a demonstration at Huntington Middle School (Room 108) from 3:30PM-3:50PM.  The meeting will continue from 4-6PM in the District Board Room. 

3:30PM to 3:50PM, Huntington Middle School, Room 108. Elizabeth Drake, a Technology Demonstration Classroom Project Teacher, will showcase and demonstrate the interactive technology in her classroom.  The Technology Demonstration Classroom Project is a pilot program that stemmed from a TAC recommendation that allows teachers, students, parents and administration to evaluate emerging interactive technology tools in the classroom.

4:00PM to 6:00PM, District Board Room.  The Semi-Annual TAC Meeting will provide highlights and updates on the District's progress on the Technology Plan.  The meeting will conclude with an opportunity for member sign-ups for various subcommittees.
